1. Refund Eligibility for Live/Offline Courses

We offer a full refund if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchasing a live or offline course, provided that you have not consumed more than 10% of the course content.

2. Non-Refundable Items (Digital Downloads & Test Series)

For comprehensive test series, mock exams, PDF notes, and downloadable digital content, no refunds are applicable once the resources have been accessed, enrolled in, or downloaded. This ensures the integrity of our digital copyright materials.

3. Process for Refund

To request a refund for eligible courses, please email us at support@studentcircles.in with your order ID, registered email address, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Cancellation by Student Circles

We reserve the right to cancel any batch, course, or enrollment due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated automatically to the students.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Any disputes regarding payments or refunds should be raised within 15 days of the transaction. We kindly ask that you contact our support team to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks with your bank.
